These Terms of Use apply to the orders and purchases you make through welow.se and all sub-pages of this site. By ordering from the website you accept that the terms and conditions apply between you and WELOW AB.

The site is operated by WELOW AB, STOCKHOLM 115 23, with a registered office in Stockholm (corporate registration number 556967-5068) (VAT registration number SE556967506801).

Your order constitutes a request to purchase certain product(s) from ganttime.se by WELOW AB, the official distributor of Gant Time in Sweden. When you place your order, you will receive an email in which Gant Time / Welow AB confirms the receipt of your order. This confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to Gant Time / Welow AB's approval and subject to availability. We will send you an email confirming that the product has been sent to you. The agreement between you and Welow AB is final when Welow AB sends the Delivery Information.

Please note that it is not possible to cancel a placed order. Please make a return if you regret your purchase. Feel free to contactcustomer service if you have any questions.

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders and shop on ganttime.se.

Welow AB reserves the right of sold out products, possible price errors, stock differences, technical problems, changes to specifications and any typographical errors on our site. Welow AB also reserves the right if certain product information is not complete.

In the event that Welow AB can´t determine your home address, your order will not be valid. Welow AB also reserves the right to refuse orders in individual cases.

Welow AB strives to illustrate the products on the website as close to reality as possible. However, Welow AB cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the products' true appearance, eg. Welow AB cannot guarantee that the proportions and colors displayed on the website accurately reflect the proportions and colors that the watches have in reality. How the colors are reproduced depends, for example, on your screen, your graphics card and settings in your computer.

The prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Prices are quoted excluding shipping and payment fees.

The site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some products, despite Welow AB's efforts, may be priced incorrectly. Welow AB checks the prices as part of the shipping routine to you. Of course, if a product turns out to have a lower price than what is listed on the website, you can of course buy the product at the correct price. In case a product proves to have a higher price than the price stated on the website, Welow AB will either contact you or refuse your order and notify you of this. Discounted items are available as long as stocks last.

Delivery and Shipping Cost

Welow AB receives and processes all orders in the order they arrive. Your order will be delivered to the delivery point you specify when you place your order. We currently only deliver orders to addresses within Sweden.

You will usually receive your goods between 2-4 working days after we have received your order. During high season it may take a little longer. You will receive a delivery confirmation through email when we have sent your order.

If an item is sold out, is out of stock or will be delivered later, you will be notified via email.

Transport Damage

All shipments sent from Welow AB to you are insured by Welow AB. If you notice any damage to the package before you open it – always notice the forwarder about the damage. After that contact Welow customer service immediately.


You pay the goods you ordered from ganttime.se by card payment or invoice. Do not send value documents or money by letter. Welow AB is not responsible for money or checks sent to us via letter.

Online Payment

Welow AB accepts payment with Swedish-issued MasterCard, Visa and Amex. When paying by card, Welow AB reserves the right to carry out a personal check, check the validity of the card, that there is room for debiting the purchase price and address details of the buyer. Welow AB reserves the right to refuse purchases. In the event of a return, the money goes back to your card.

In order to make card purchases on the Website as secure as possible, all information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that the information is made via a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by outsiders.

For card purchases, we work with an authorized payment intermediary to help us verify that the card is valid for purchases directly against your bank.

Payment by Invoice

Welow AB offers invoice payment through Klarna. Payment terms are 14 days. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail when your order has been sent from our warehouse. To be able to order against an invoice, you must be 18 years of age and be registered in Sweden and approved in the credit check that is carried out at the time of purchase. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provide when ordering the product. You can extend the due date by 10 days free of charge by logging in to 'Mitt Klarna'. In the event of late payment, we will send a payment reminder, in which case a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be added. A default interest of 24.00% plus the applicable reference interest will also be added. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may then be handed over for debt collection management where additional debt collection costs may be added.

Welow AB reserves the right in individual cases to refuse delivery and reconsider the customer's creditworthiness.

With Klarna there is the possibility to split the payment. Once you have received your invoice, instead of paying the entire invoice at once, you can be offered to pay a lower amount and thus apply to turn your invoice into a flexible installment. This means that you pay at your own rate of at least SEK 50 per month. The effective interest rate for a purchase of 10,000 SEK, SEK 29 in monthly administrative fee, 19.90% in variable interest and payment over 12 months is 29.22%. Each installment will then be SEK 955 per month and your total cost will be SEK 11,458.

Return Policy

From the time you receive your order from the Website, a right of withdrawal period of 14 days follows. During this period, you have the possibility to return the items you ordered and get back the money you paid for the goods. Products bought on sale also has a right of withdrawal period of 14 days. However please note that if you have received a “gift with purchase” with your watch, this gift/product should also be returned to receive full refund. If this product/gift is not returned together with the watch WELOW will charge/invoice value stated in the campaign.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods (watches and gift-with-purchase) must be in the same condition as you received them, ie. undamaged and unused with protective plastic and hang tags still on the product. You can of course try the ordered product(s). If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, contact customer service by email or telephone.

If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal, Welow AB will, as soon as your return is approved, refund what you paid for the good(s). Refund usually takes approximately 3-5 banking days from receipt of your return.

Update Christmas 2020: During the holidays, we have extended the Return Policy's withdrawal period to January 10th 2021 for all purchases made from November 10th 2020.



Your GANT watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under the terms and conditions of this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the following components: the watch movement, hands and dial. Should a covered component be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period under normal use, it will be repaired, or the watch will be replaced (at the sole discretion of the service center) free of repair charges. The Warranty Card and a copy of the original receipt is required as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover:
– Battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet
– Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear
– Water damage unless marked Water Resistance 10 ATM, 50 ATM or 100 ATM
– Shipping costs (only parts and labour cost covered by this Warranty)

This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

In case of replacement, GANT cannot guarantee that you will receive the same watch model. If your watch model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar appearance will be provided.

Water Resistance Guide

3 ATM – Resists accidental splash, not immerse in water
5 ATM – Resists showers, rain and suchlike
10 ATM – Resists swimming, snorkelling and suchlike
50 ATM – Resists scuba diving and high impact weather sports
100 ATM – Resists professional saturation diving


Never operate any of the function buttons or the crown when the watch is wet, humid or submerged in water. Water leakage and/or damage caused under these circumstances will not be covered by the warranty.

This warranty does not in any way cancel, restrict or otherwise affect any legally recognized consumer rights or privilege in the country of purchase.

Personal Data

All information that you provide to Welow AB when placing an order is for the customer relationship between you and Welow AB. Welow AB works to ensure that your privacy is maintained on the Internet.We have therefore developed a policy for how Welow AB processes and saves your personal information. The content of the Personal Data Policy is subject to change on an ongoing basis and therefore you should read it again when you visit the website next time.

When paying invoices, social security numbers are saved for invoice management by Klarna.

You can contact Welow AB if you want to unregister as a customer or if you want to oppose ganttime.se using your information for direct marketing.
